Robert Fine Jewelry hopes that all customers are more than satisfied and content with any purchase! But if for any reason you are not satisfied we offer a 7 day, 100% money back on all jewelry bought from existing inventory.

Jewelry/Watches in existing inventory is 100% REFUNDABLE up to 7 days, after the 7 day limit, no refund is available, only an even exchange or store credit only up to 21 days after purchase date. 

Any Custom or Altered jewelry is not returnable / exchangeable / credited.  

Refunds will be granted in the original form of payment to the purchaser only or store credit to the gift recipient.
